The product is used in Automatic coil winding machine and some other Automatic Machine
it divided into two parts Cylinder and blades ,used for cutting copper wire ,steel wire,
soft plastic and hard plastic .We provides a generous selection of blades for all wire cutting needs,
including resin product gate cuts.and automatic welding equipment.

Products features:
This Air Nipper has a cutting capacity of 0.1 - 2.5 mm copper wire .
The working pressure is 0.4-0.8 mpa and an efficiency is 120 cuts/min.

The cylinder surface by hard treatment, not easy to scratch, piston and seals are durable with high quality imported materials, blades with inported tungsten steel welding ,sharp cutting edge ,wear-resistant,the cutting edge of the middle parts are more than 1 million times ,the blades using high-quality steel with heat treatment ,fine polishing ,Riveting and other processes,the working pressure of 0.4-0.8mpa,opening with 3.8-4.2mm,special sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.also can do all kinds of clip Air Nipper ,it can cut off the wire and also clip it in the same time .
